Hearing loss causes diminished ability to hear and listen to sounds, affecting everyday life. Modern technology has given people a way to manage hearing loss through the use of hearing aids. However, olden adults experience trouble learning and using these devices. By catering a design to the older adult’s user experience, it will make hearing aids more accessible. Streamlining the physical design and user interface will help provide ease of use.
Designed for Accessibility
Physical buttons were limited to volume and power to avoid unnecessary confusion. For those with limited range of motion, EaseSound comes with a remote utilized for change volume or settings discretely, providing greater accessibility. The case holds the hearing aids and remote magnetically, which begin charging when placed inside.
For Anyone
Easesound’s color options are neutral, mature, and sleek. They are beautiful when seen, yet can be hidden in plain sight during wear.
Built to Perform
EaseSound is constructed with multiple microphones to ensure sound is properly taken from the environment. Made with materials that are sturdy, waterproof, and medical grade.
